Shipping Policy

All orders for Bonjour Blend Coffee and Custom Hand Fan are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders for the Welcome to Little Haiti Colorful Mug and Short-Sleeve Unisex T-shirt are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to COVID-19, some postal service carriers may be operating with certain limitations that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders within 10 miles of 33179. 

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@welcometolittlehaiti.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

  In order to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here    to help! We offer free exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.    You can return your product for store credit, or a different product, 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Opened Food Items cannot be returned 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • Please allow 10-14 business days to process the exchange or store credit
  • Shipping Fees will apply to any exchange or store credit
